Huckleberry Ridge in Cosmopolis, Washington is a private family, adult care home. We provide long term care, and assisted living, in a stimulating environment, and with lots of personal attention. Your loved one can age gracefully with respect, and you can have peace of mind with private care.

We love living here, and whether your loved one is of sound mind and able-bodied, has a medical condition, needs time to rehabilitate or convalesce, has long-term memory issues such as dementia or alzheimers, or you simply prefer an alternative to a facility, we can help.

Selecting eldercare for elderly parents or a loved one can be daunting with so many places to choose from. You'll find the process dramatically easier if you'll simply do this one thing: Make a personal visit to each prospective location early on in your research.

Whether you're considering a facility (a nursing home, rehab or retirement center), or private home care -- one simple visit to a variety of providers and we're sure the decision will be clear.

Many locations will have friendly staff, but all the friendliness in the world cannot compensate for neglect. Specifically, ask about the number of caregivers to the number of residents. We visited a friend where the staff members were all very sweet, but our loved one was physically neglected in a pool of urine because the caregiver ratio was 1 for every 12 patients -- all day long.

And, what about obvious things like smell and cleanliness of the place, and living like a real human being for your loved one?

We invite you to visit Huckleberry Ridge.

Whether the need is elder care, respite care, cancer care, memory care, parent care or rehab – these are needs we are experienced at meeting.

We serve the Pacific Northwest Region and the nation, including the cities of Cosmopolis, Hoquiam, Aberdeen, Montesano, Elma, Oakville, Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Federal Way, Seattle metro, and beyond!

No matter where you live, we coordinate email and video conferencing so that even if you live on the other side of the planet, you can easily stay in touch with your loved one.
